37Taposé has been submitted to Apple and is in review. We are eagerly awaiting for Apple to approve the app just as much as all of you. We appreciate your patience and hope that Apple approves soon so that we all can began creating content like never before. Once again thank you for your interest and support.
We’re too excited! We can’t wait.
I’ve been looking forward to using this since the original Courier demos!
Put a fire under it, Apple!
I hope that Apple approves your awesome app, GOOD LUCK !!! I wouldn’t be surprised if it wons the “best app of 2012″ award.
Actually it is not available for anyone at the moment. We are still awaiting word from Apple.
I, too, have been waiting to incorporate this app into my daily workflow. I hope Apple will approve the app before Christmas so I have time to set it up before heading back to work. The Tapose crew did a great job!!!
What is taking so long?? Did the app not get approved with the first submission?? I can’t wait to get this app on my iPad, I know it is going to be awesome!!
Any chance of a status update? Have you heard anything from Apple? Happy Christmas!
What’s taking Apple so long? They already know this app is as sweet as it gets!!!
Does anyone know what the status of this app is? Is it available anywhere? I’ve never heard of Apple taking a month to approve an app…
This is really frustrating for us as well. We are still waiting just as everyone else is. We will update everyone as soon as we know something. Thanks
Anxiously awaiting this release! I’m prototyping an app that’s similar to seeing two other apps simultaneously, so it sounds like Tapose is the only thing that could do that for me!
Hey! I asked a simple question. I’m from Germany and I like what I’ve seen about Taposé. So will it be available in the german Appstore??
Thanks
That’s great. When? It’s now a month since you submitted to Apple. I know they had a week off, but still… it’s been a long time. Have they given, or have you asked for, a status report? If not, surely it’s time to let your prospective user base know something rather than nothing at all? I’m sure folks would much appreciate it.
Apple usually takes 7 days to review; can we get an update on progress?
bogeymakr – I suspect that’s for updates to existing apps and that review for new apps takes longer. I could be wrong, but that’s what I’ve heard.
This seems weird: Here are some statistics, though they weren’t updated the last month: http://148apps.biz/app-store-metrics/?mpage=approval
I think the good news here is that many people are anxious to use the app. I have used many of the notebook and other PC tablet apps over the years. Your app looks to be a killer app for those of us who still like to use pen and typing in one place, not to mention the other wonderful elemnets of your app.
I search the app store each day…..
The first application we launched took like 10 weeks for them to decide. Apply don’t give status updates (as far as i’m aware). You simply submit, wait and hope. I’m sure we’ll hear as soon as its made available… I keep doing a quick search in the AppStore every few weeks to check!
I’ve asked several times about the possibility of an update about what’s happening regarding the initial release and have had no reply at all. Why is it so hard getting a response from the Tapose dev team? It’s not courteous and doesn’t bode well for support in the future. Have you guys really had no contact with Apple on the subject? Please tell us something!
From your posts here I see that you are anxious to get your hands on Tapose. You are certainly not alone in that regard. Nonetheless, if there is no news to report, no one is being discourteous toward you. We all must simply be patient.
If you want to do something constructive, contact the support team at Apple’s App Store and pester them to death. Just remember that no news delivered here has nothing to do with the level of support that this app will have going forward. This is merely a blog site.
The silence might indicate that there may be some issues, otherwise they would have given some updates.
We are just awaiting word from Apple. We just hope it is this week.
I should like to apologize for any offence I may have caused – that was not my intention at all. I simply wanted to elicit a response from the dev. team even if it was along the lines of “not heard anything from Apple yet, still awaiting news” or “Apple have requested a couple of changes” or whatever. It seems I’ve achieved that!
What I meant by “discourteous” was not getting any response whatsoever from the devs. It was like a vacuum – in my opinion, of course. I do realise that we are all in Apple’s hands with regard to this.
Bob N…. this may be a blog site, but it’s under Tapose’s banner, ergo. there is probably some connection in terms of what users may expect. I certainly agree that patience is a virtue.
I’m very excited about using Tapose and it seems that it’s taking a long time to come out the other end of Apple’s process.
With renewed apologies for any office caused.
When you search for Tapose in the App Store, the empty results page also includes a link to make a request to Apple if you didn’t find what you were looking for.
Well, I just used the link to request approval of Tapose.
I used this approach to request the addition of Alice Walker’s works to the iBookstore collection. Alice Walker’s works are now in the iBookstore.
Who knows, but … it just may make a difference if all of us following the Tapose blog and all of Tapose’s Twitter followers … and their friends do the same thing.
Just a thought
Hi,
I as well requested the approval of Taposé through the request in iTunes!
Hope it helps, Taposé is what the iPad should’ve been to begin with!
Can’t wait to get this great App!
Have a fantastic day!
Regards,
Peter
In the future after tapose is approved, will it support a stylus like the byzero stylus?

Just an FYI: I got this in an email newsletter about an app…
Split Screen: FREE
Split Screen lets you do two things at once by giving you two side by side browser windows. You can read the news in one pane, while chatting with friends using your favorite web apps in the other. Split Screen includes many standard web browser features like bookmarks, history, integrated search bar and more.

Isn’t this the reason they originally said they were “rejecting” the app the first time?
