1st Made With Taposé Winner

The first winner of our creativity contest is Charlie K.. Charlie submitted screenshots of the way he’s been using Taposé and we were extremely impressed. Charlie’s been using Taposé to detail the birth of his child, due later this year. Using many of Taposé’s features, he adds ultrasound images from each hospital visit and updates on size, weight, and heartbeat, all organized by date of visit.

TeamTaposé was extremely impressed with Charlie’s creativity, and pleased to see Taposé is being used for such an important event. Congratulations, Charlie!

Numerous other outstanding examples were submitted, all of which touched on the different features Taposé has to offer. We saw one user taking advantage of the multiple imaging functionality to storyboard a short film, one using more of the word processing tools to take notes in class, and one that used both to plan the construction of a greenhouse. We’re discovering ways to use Taposé that we hadn’t even thought of!

Thanks to those of you who sent your screenshots in this week. We’ve got three more weeks to go for the contest, but each submission is another idea for us and for all Taposé users, so keep ‘em coming!

A $100 iTunes gift card will be awarded to one submission per week. To submit, simply share a screenshot with hashtag #MadeWithTapose via Twitter, through Taposé’s share feature or email to contact@tapose.com.

Awesome! I’ll be posting some of my projects. Though I purchased to copies to collaborate with a friend who is in Seattle Washington and I am in Orlando, Florida. Awesome app!

What I really need is a calendar link or imbedded calendar in tapose, is is the only thing keeping tapose from being launched in my agency as a fully agency wide app. Without the calendar we can’t use this as a collaboration/project management app that we truly need to have. Having to import screen shots of the calendar isn’t working for us at all. Need ateue calendar function. With a true calendaring function I could get this app on 10000 or more iPads.

I love this app, however, there is one thing I wish you would change and that is the BIG pop up for recording. Once you start recording it doesn’t go away. Makes it very hard to also take notes. Perhaps you could put a mic on the center pane or up top.

This is a great suggestion. I’m actually working on user interface (UI) improvements now that would improve this. If you have any other suggestions or ideas, feel free to share them at support.tapose.com. Thanks, and glad you are enjoying Tapose.
