SUBMISSION AND COLLECTION OF INFORMATION – This section addresses the types of information that Taposé collects from users and the collection of non-personally identifiable information via cookies and related technologies by third parties.
NOTICE AND CHOICE – This section provides information on users’ options to control how their information is collected and used, how we will notify users about future Policy changes, where the Services store data, and third-party web sites that may link to Taposé services.
USE AND DISCLOSURE – This section describes how we use your information to provide and manage Taposé services, including when we may disclose your information to third parties that assist us in providing the Services.
SECURITY – This section describes our security measures.
ACCESS, REMEDIES AND COMPLIANCE – This section informs users how to access and change their personal information stored by Taposé, and how to cancel their accounts.

Zanther, Inc. (“the Company,” “Taposé”, “we”, “us,” “our”) operates (a) Taposé branded application (“Licensed Application”), (b) the website located at Tapose.com and all corresponding web pages and websites associated with the foregoing URL (“Site”), and (c) any content, features, functionality and other information and services offered by us though the Licensed Application and/or the Site, including, without limitation, viral, embeddable or application/device-based features and related technology (e.g., applications, APIs, widgets, etc.), including when accessed via the Internet, mobile or other device (collectively, “the Services”).
As set forth in our Terms of Service (www.tapose.com/tos), our content and website are not targeted to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years of age.
2. SUBMISSION AND COLLECTION OF INFORMATION ON THE SERVICES
User Submitted Information
When you use and/or register for the Services, we may collect your first name, last name, username/member title, email address, password, an avatar/picture and zip code (together, “Registration Information”). If you use the Services to share content or engage in other social activities, we will publicly display your username/member title and your avatar/picture along with your social activity.
Information Collected by the Services
Third parties that support the Services by, for example, serving advertisements, allowing users to share content, or tracking aggregate site usage statistics, may also use these technologies to collect similar information. We do not control these third-party technologies and their use is governed by the privacy policies of third parties using such technologies. Most browsers are initially set to accept cookies, but you can change your settings to notify you when a cookie is being set or updated, or to block cookies altogether. If you access the Services through a third-party connection or log-in, we may also collect your public user ID associated with that third-party service, and any information you have made public in connection with that service and which the third party shares with partner services.

Information Made Public Through Use of The Services
If you use the Services to share content or engage in other social activities, your username/member title, avatar/picture and location will be publicly available to anyone, including other users of the Service, search engines, advertisers or anyone with access to the Services. Any material or comments that you choose to post on the Services will also be public and associated with your public username/member title, avatar/picture and location.
Use and Disclosure of Information
We use the information we collect from and about users for the following purposes:
To send you promotional emails. Taposé may periodically send promotional materials (e.g., newsletters) or notifications related to the Services to the email address you provided to us at registration or to your account. If you want to stop receiving promotional materials from Taposé, you can follow the unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each email. There are certain service notification emails that you may not opt-out of as long as you are registered to use the Services, such as notifications of changes to the Services or policies.
To allow third-party service providers to assist us in providing and managing the Services. We may make your non-public personal information available to certain third-party service providers, such as contractors, agents or sponsors, who help us manage or provide the Services. These service providers are required to protect any personal information entrusted to them and not use it for any other purpose than the specific service they are providing to the Services.
To protect our rights and our users. There may be instances when we may access, preserve and disclose user information without providing notice or choice, if required to do so by law or if based on a good faith belief that such access, preservation or disclosure is reasonably necessary to (a) comply with the law or legal process; (b) enforce this Agreement; (c) respond to claims that any content or information violates the rights of any third party; (d) respond to your requests for customer or technical service; or (e) protect the rights, property or personal safety of Company, users or any third parties including acting in urgent circumstances.
To complete a merger or sale of assets. If we sell all or part of our business or makes a sale or transfer of its assets or are otherwise involved in a merger or transfer of all or a material part of its business, we may transfer your user information to the party or parties involved in the transaction as part of that transaction.
We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, personnel and physical measures to safeguard user information in our possession against loss, theft and unauthorized use, disclosure or modification.
6. ACCESS, REMEDIES AND COMPLIANCE
You may access or change your Registration Information at any time by reviewing your account settings. You may cancel your account by deleting the Licensed Application or by contacting us as described below. Remember that even after you cancel your account, copies of some information associated with your account, including publicly viewable comments or other material you have posted on the Services or on other websites and applications via the Services, may remain viewable in some circumstances. We may also retain backup information related to your account on our servers for some time after cancellation for fraud detection or to comply with applicable law or our internal security policies. Because of the nature of caching technology, your publicly viewable account information may not be instantly inaccessible to others, and there may be a delay in the removal of the content from elsewhere on the Internet and from search engines.
